Paintless Dent Repair Warranty

We guarantee our work with a limited lifetime warranty. If you are not 100% completely satisfied with our work on your vehicle, we will re-assess our work, and make any additional repairs that are necessary. You will receive an updated written and signed warranty to keep with your vehicle records.

Lifetime Warranty Explained

Should any paintless dent repair (PDR) work performed by CHC Auto Hail Repair be found defective during the warranty period, CHC Auto Hail Repair will rectify all proven defects at no cost to you. This includes repairing any dents that were improperly addressed and correcting any paint issues that resulted from our PDR process. All repairs will be completed at our facility with labor and materials provided free of charge.

Our LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY includes specific exceptions and limitations as outlined in the written agreement between the customer and CHC Auto Hail Repair representative, which must be reviewed and accepted before any work begins.

The CHC Auto Hail Repair PDR process is guaranteed to protect against: loss of shine or gloss, paint blistering, paint peeling, surface wrinkling, and primer adhesion failures.

CHC Auto Hail Repair stands behind our PDR work for the entire duration of your vehicle ownership.

Warranty Exclusions:

PREVIOUS DAMAGE: All previous and unrelated damage not associated with the hail damage or PDR repair work provided by CHC Auto Hail Repair is not covered by CHC Auto Hail Repair under this warranty. This warranty applies to the panels, which are repaired by CHC Auto Hail Repair. It covers your vehicle under your ownership during the warranty period. The warranty relates exactly to the warranty period provided by the Manufacturer of your vehicle for coverage of defects in paint finish and corrosion. CHC Auto Hail Repair shop warranty does not exceed manufacturer’s warranty.

SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED: A. Normal wear and tear on your vehicle, including to its panels and paint finish. B. Rust, corrosion, surface rust, rust through, and/or damage caused by rusting of or exterior panel is not covered. C. Damage arising from unreasonable vehicles use. D. Faulty care and maintenance. E. Parts, materials and equipment featuring manufacturers’ warranties.

SALE OR LEASE EXCLUSION: In the event of a sale or lease departure from your vehicle, the date of said sale or lease termination is the date of your warranty with CHC Auto Hail Repair.

STRIPES AND DECALS: Decorative stripes and decals on your vehicle, including those from the original equipment manufacturer, are excluded from CHC Auto Hail Repair warranty. However, we will still do our utmost to repair hail damaged decorative stripes and decals.

SUBSEQUENT HAIL STORMS: This warranty shall become void if the vehicle is subjected to subsequent hail storms or if CHC Auto Hail Repair can determine and verify the damage differs from the damage on the original repair order.

This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified or interpreted by any prior course of dealings. This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by CHC Auto Hail Repair. This warranty is nontransferable.
